Water Circulation Systems
With the additional electric heating, the circulation heating system ensures a frost-free water supply in your barn. Different systems can be used for applications ranging from small stables to large outdoor climate stables.
- Prerequisite: a water installation in which all drinking troughs are connected to each other via a ring main system
- After switching on the system, the pump constantly circulates the water
- The heating element is controlled via the control thermostat
- System length of max. 200 m including return line possible
- Line cross-sections of ½" or ¾"
- The water line must be additionally insulated
- A 30 mA residual current device (RCD) should be incorporated upstream
- Note: make sure that the supply line in which the water does not circulate remains frost-free by taking appropriate measures (e.g. heating cable)
- With thermostat in the inflow line
- 1 piece 230 V / 3 kW heating element
- Circulation pump (93 W)
- Water hookup ½" or ¾"
- System length: max. 200 m
- Height difference (inflow/return line) max. 5 m
- Check valve, flap trap
- Pressure relief valve
- Automatic vent valve and master switch
- Mounted plug-in ready on base plate
- 30 mA residual current device (RCD) to be incorporated by user
- Water pressure: 4 bar max
